Great Service

Outstanding! First you get a call confirming your appointment, you get a text with your technicians picture and phone number. They showed up on time with a nice clean vehicle nice clean uniforms in a very positive attitude. After completing the service they show pictures of every step of the service including measurements of capacitors and freon charge level. The job was done in a timely manner also they did it with cleanliness and care to my home, you couldn’t ask for better customer service. If you settle for anything less than what I described time to get a new company.

Excellent and fast service

Chris was awesome. Very polite and came quickly. He did a great job getting our AC cooling again. With temps hitting 100 this week, I'm immensely grateful.

Technician arrived to perform a $39 promo furnace tuneup on a 2009 high-efficiency carrier furnace. Technician adjusted gas pressure, checked amps, checked temperature differential, checked static pressure, changed filters, cleaned flame sensor and insured proper operation. Technician noticed that this model of carrier is notorious for having major issues in the heat exchanger and it would be in the customers best interest in replacing it. The customer is interested, and a phone call and a possible visit from Tim is scheduled for the future.

Technician arrived on reports of hot air spewing out of the system. After further diagnosis technician found no hot air coming from the unit. Technician added some mastic tape on some spots at the customer was worried about. As well as investigated the smell that they were having it is from the ozone bulb of the air scrubber. Informed the homeowner that if we need to swap it out for an ozone free one that option is available they will let us know.

Air quality testing for classroom 205 and the principals office. Classroom 205 had no thermostat on the wall and no voltage was detected. The thermostat was located and placed on the wall but didn’t power up. The air quality test from the classroom came back with good particulate matter satisfactory c02 levels and sever VOCs. The principals office came back with very similar results.

The technicians performed a duct cleaning on one duct system. We attached our vacuum to the supply and the plenums and ran our brushes through each individual supply and return duct. We got everything clean and ready to go and Ryan will be here shortly to install the air scrubber and do the Decon 7.

Annual maintenance on a 2022 Goodman two stage 80% furnace. The system mechanically is in great shape and running exactly as it should. The supply plenum has a black substance in it that appears to be mold. The customer wants to clean the duct system, treat the entire system with decon 7 mold and disinfectant, and install an air scrubber to prevent the substance from returning in the future.

AC Repair: The client’s AC unit was overheating due to a failed condenser fan motor. I replaced the motor, verified heat dissipation, and confirmed that the system could now efficiently cool without risk of overheating or further component damage.

Replaced female iron pipe supply shut off to dishwasher under kitchen sink, flushed line and verified full pressure to appliance. Everything is working properly at this time with no leaks.

It out old existing shower valve and replumbed in customer provided moen 3 handle shower valve. All copper connection in wall we will warranty but unable to provide any warranty on the valve itself due to us not providing it. The tile behind the valve on shower side was missing prior to us working on it, but I highly recommend getting it replaced or sealed anyway you can to prevent anymore of that wall getting damaged. Everything is working properly with no leaks at this time.

Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. Flushed water heater and found no signs of sediment. Water heater is only 3 years old but does not meet code requirements. Qouted to bring water heater up to code as well as clear dryer vent and perform duct cleaning.

Arrived and spoke with customer about multiple issues going on around the house. Customer is needing one faucet repaired and the other replaced. Also customer sewer line is slightly disconnected at the cleanout and customer would like it repaired. Customer is going to be remodeling bathroom and would like new tub/shower valve and lift and turn drain. Also will be upgrading faucet. Customer is getting multiple qoutes but will let us know if they decide to go with us. Collected $99 service call that will be applied if customer goes with us for repairs.

Service call for a unit blowing hot air. Technician arrived to the outdoor fan running but the compressor was not. Checked the capacitor and it was extremely low here today. Replaced the capacitor Under the manufactures warranty to get the system back up and going.

Service call for a supply duct sweating real bad when it rains. Technician found an old flue pipe that was no longer in use that was leaking onto the supply boot during heavy rains. The supply boot was spray foamed out of caution but the home owner will have a roofer remove the old exhaust pipe and patch the roof.

House pressure is 100 psi. Recommended Prv to help reduce any wear and tear on fixtures in the house. Emailed over options and customer will let us know if they want to move forward.

Service call for a thermostat going blank. Technician arrived to find a little bit of water in the safety switch. Tried to use the easy klear to blow the drain out but it wouldn’t build enough pressure. Cut the pvc and finally got a large blockage out and the system is drain as it should now.

For this job, Customer states the Upstairs system is not cooling. Technician arrived to the system turned off. After turning the thermostat to Cool the outdoor fan motor comes on but not the compressor motor. Technician found the system has a bad compressor motor capacitor. Technician installed a capacitor to ensure the proper operation of the entire system. Everything runs great at this time. Technician made several options for repairs. Customer wanted to move forward with replacing the capacitor as well as signing up for the friends and family club.
